As an Ed Tech and IT Manager, I oversee daily technology operations, device logistics, and digital workflows, and manage and design the department’s website. I translate program needs into clear, accessible web content, maintain site structure and usability, and support staff, students, and families through streamlined digital communication. My role blends technical coordination, UX‑focused web design, and operational support to strengthen the department’s overall technology experience.

As a Web Application Engineer, I focused on ensuring application quality through structured QA testing, debugging, and systematic problem‑solving. I analyzed user flows, identified defects, validated functionality across browsers and devices, and collaborated with developers to refine performance and reliability. My work centered on understanding how components interact, anticipating failure points, and applying methodical testing strategies to deliver stable, user‑ready web applications.
